Why
do the index.dat files still exist after I erase them?
The index.dat files are always LOCKED during a Windows session
and can not be deleted. PCWash erases these files during
a reboot before they become locked.
After Windows has restarted, new files are
automatically created with the same name but they contain no data.
When
I start Internet Explorer it goes to a "xxx" site.
How can I get rid of this?
